1880s Historic Military Ball

Experience an Indian Wars Military Ball!

Take in the sights and sounds of an Indian Wars Military Ball. Line up for the Grand March; swing your partner during the Virginia Reel. Dance to authentic music of the 1860’s – 1880’s. Enjoy period refreshments. Dance instruction will take place prior to each “new” dance. Proceeds benefit St. David Schools’ historic school project.

Kartchner Hall, St. David School
Hwy 80, St. David, Arizona

* Dance 6:30 – 10:00 p.m.
* Grand March at 7:00 p.m.
* Live Music: 4th Cavalry Regimental Band
* Dance caller/instructor – Cel Potter
* $5 per person, includes cookies & lemonade
* Sarsaparilla $2, or 2 for $3
* Free sarsaparilla for SDHCAS members

In honor of Arizona’s Centennial, the 4th Cavalry Regimental Band of Ft. Lowell, Arizona Territory, will provide our music.

* Firearms, sabers, spurs and any form of tobacco were
   not permitted at Military Balls. Props provided for
   photos.
